SOLVED: Cannot open file (../assets/cache//sitePublishing.idx.php)

Hi there,

I recently setup a Windows 2003 Server with PHP 5 and MYSQL.
Installation of MODx goes fine up until the install, and the line below appears:

Cannot open file (../assets/cache//sitePublishing.idx.php)

I have given "NETWORK SERVICE" full permissions on this file, but still the error is there?
Anyone got an ideas?

Installer is stopping on these lines:
include_once "../manager/processors/cache_sync.class.processor.php";
$sync = new synccache();
$sync->setCachepath("../assets/cache/");
$sync->setReport(false);
$sync->emptyCache(); // first empty the cache

If that is accurate you have an extra / in the path

Thats how it came out!
I have fixed the problem by giving EVERYONE modify access to the cache dir in Windows.

MODx installed.
