This looks to be an occasionally occurring problem; the path to the file it can’t find is missing the $manager_theme value...
      E:/Sites/Single1/nsaia/webroot/manager/media/style//login.html
      This should be
      E:/Sites/Single1/nsaia/webroot/manager/media/style/ModxLight/login.html
I’ve seen a number of posts reporting this problem, but I don’t know what’s causing it.

I tried to trace this problem a bit, but wasn’t able to see why this would happen on this system.
For anyone trying and/or able to trace this further, the $manager_theme gets set in manager/includes/settings.inc.php, line 16.
This is right after all of the system settings are read out of the ..system_settings database table, and are turned into variables by the extract command (which I believe OpenGeek referred to earlier as a co-root of all evil). Either that command is failing in this environment, or the manager_theme is not even set in the database.
That’s as far as I can take it at the moment.
brentmferguson, do you have the ability to open up your database tables? If so, try looking at your modx_system_settings table, and see if there is a value set for manager_theme.

Looking at the modx_system_settings table the value for manager_theme is: MODxLight.

What about the first part of the error?

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at E:\Sites\Single1\nsaia\webroot\manager\includes\config.inc.php:1) in E:\Sites\Single1\nsaia\webroot\manager\index.php on line 148

I see the style part isn’t till later in the original error message.

Any more ideas? I would hate to have to go with a far less superior CMS.

All those "already sent" messages are because of the sending of the actual error message about the file not being found. Your whole problem is that $manager_theme variable not being initialized for some reason.

OK...thanks for the clarification. So any other suggestions? Should I try to re-ftp some files? Re-install ? (for the third time) Maybe try and install 0.9.6.0? Thanks so much for all your help so far. I appreciate it.

I would ask the hosting company for support if I knew that it was something on their end or even what the problem was.

Moving this to the IIS topic. It’s almost certainly a server configuration issue.
