I am trying to install MODx Evo (1.0.4 rev 6981) and the install works well but I cant log into the manager. Two things happen when I try to log in: first, after I fill in the login form it redirects to cgi-bin and then if I try to go back tot he /manager/ dir I get the CSRF warning. I turned off the "Validate HTTP_REFERER headers" setting but it still gives the CSRF warning. Not sure what to do next.
