You are using some sort of feed reader? try to disable it and see if error goes away.
I did remove the twitter feeder from the template but am still getting the same error...

Did you clear the site cache and your browser cache/cookies?
apparently the problem ’fixed itself’ as the site is now back up and functioning today...thank goodness and thank you to everyone for your help.
