MODx on KnownHost Managed VPS

Anyone hosting MODx (or anything else) on KnownHost Managed VPS?

I’m particularly interested in their PHP/MySQL configuration...

Look into Wiredtree - they have excellent services and it is managed as well.

I’ll second Wiredtree. I’m always impressed with the fact they offer root access on managed servers, and have helped me with quite a few different issues. Low tickets tend to be answered in <15 mins and my server hasn’t experienced much downtime.

They will even setup MySQL 5.1.x for you to ensure a problem free transition. I might upgrade later this month if all my sites will run without problems.

If you have any specific questions let me know and I can get you the answer. They also have some specials where you can get 5-10% off your order from time to time.

Hello,

I am using UK VPS from http://www.webhosting.uk.net/linuxvps.html for a year now,Good support and excellent service.

I have had a VPS with Knownhost for about 3 years now. Not aware of any downtime with my site, and they are always very responsive when I have an issue. I highly recommend them.

Yes, they are really good - never thought someone could make me (almost) webserver sysadmin!

WiredTree and ServInt look great for VPS, too...

Hi guys,

i use VPS (usa) from http://www.hostcolor.com/ and VPS (europe) from European branch of company - http://www.fcolor.bg
The reason for this choice was that they have responded very fast to my enquiry and offered some help and customization for setting up MODx on a Vps.
