blank page when not logged in as manager

I’m having a problem with the front end blank page as well, but not during login. When I’m logged in as manager I can see the site in the browser. However, when I log out the site isn’t loading on the front end. I just get a blank page.

It looks like installation was done correctly (I followed the installation guide and everything was a success). Has anyone seen this happen before. Is this an issue with my configuration or parser, or....?

This generally occurs when you have not published your pages.  Are you sure your pages are published?
