Virtual store with live video feed

Hello,
I need to add a "virtual store" to a web site. I’ll need to have a live video feed streaming that will be broadcast to the website so that potential customers can sign up to have a live sales person via the Web and the video feed. What is involved in setting this up? Does anyone has any experience with this? Could anyone recommend a commercial solution or even an open-source one?
