    • MODx could be a great solution for managing catalogs. How many products do you have?

I’ve recently started using FoxyCart and find it incredibly compelling especially once you get how MODx works. It’s the perfect eCommerce companion!

There’s also shopX here in the forums which might also be a good option for you if you want a native MODx solution.

I want to use MODx as a framework for my project, and i need a E-Commerce only on MODx. IF anyone who did E-Commerce project on MODx pls give some suggests.
            • For 1000 products, that’s borderline where I’d seriously consider a dedicated ecommerce application. How many categories and products per category, and how frequently are they changed? What features do you need? There’s a tremendous amount of variables here.

We canceled the Web shop in our project, Will be just a catalog of products. Our catalog planning to be as 3 or 4 level and 5-15 sub categories in each lavel, an amount of producs for each end category is around 40-100. What do u think, can "Catalogue_with_Ditto,_MaxiGallery_0.2" solution manage our catalog ?

                • With only 40-100 products per subcategory, you’ll likely have zero issues with MODx and it’s a good fit.
