Copyright questions

Nice question, but I’d rather focus on relation my company with the MODx project, by donating, and participating. And if someone (clientes and stuff) asks, we are just part of it, so we are (part of) modx in our essence, becouse we support and contribute to this great Open Source Project. And then I wont need to change the look and feel, just present to him as an project where developer from the whole world are participating, and this is really good, for our company, and theirs.

I think this way is better. This make Open Source stronger and more business present.
