I’m looking to make updating my client’s website as easy as possible for the end users who will be adding new pages. The easiest way would be if I could restrict their content management to the use of TVs only. When they create a new document, I don’t want them to have access to the resource content -- just the TVs I’ve set up for them (and perhaps the basic "Create/Edit Document" content, such as page title, though it would be great to restrict this section on a line-by-line basis).
I’m sure I just missed something in the documentation, but in case I didn’t... can someone tell me how to do this?

Glad you found it. You could also let them log in in the front end and do it with NewsPublisher, which might be easier. It will only show the fields and/or TVs in the &show parameter (in the order they appear in the property).
