Modx first install, Manager white screen only when network active -HELP

Hi Guys,

Im new to modx I have installed Modx on my windows 7 machine under vmware fusion on a macbook. I install WAMP and enabled the mod_rewrite. I ran modx setup localhost/modx/setup and installed successfully. However now when I go to localhost/modx i get a white page and when I go to localhost/modx/manager i get the logon screen type in the username and password click logon and i get a white screen. HOWEVER, when I disconnect the network card I can access modx manager with no issues.

- IE9
- Modx revolution 2.1.1 pl
- WAMPSERVER 2.1
