Create a folder in resource view?

I’ve been reading tutorials about using a Document as the CSS file rather than writing and uploading one offline. In all of these there is an instruction to create a folder to hold the css file, which is perfectly sound advise, but I don’t seem able to just create a plain folder.

I’ve created a resource that acts as a folder by giving it a child resource, but I don’t want my CSS folder to have any content of its own. It seems like I’m missing something obvious here.

actually, your folder mother ressource won’t have any content of its own... if you don’t put content you could even create a totally blank template for that kind of ressource if you want
more, just uncheck the display in the menu checkbox will avoid you to have to fight with this folder in potentials wayfinder calls
