Need to code a disclaimer when linking to external sites

Hi There,

I am wanting this functionality for my site, however the links to the download files are broken. Does anyone have a copy they could send me? I have done various searches but cannot find it elsewhere on the web.

As much as I love MODx, there are easier ways to do this. LeaveNotice jQuery Plugin.
