My client has tried to upload a photo to their web hosting account via MODx and when they do its says "done" on the Internet Explorer’s status bar, but the photo doesn’t appear in the list of images in MODx. Can someone please tell me why this is happening and how I can solve it for them? I have tried to upload photos via my computer, but the problem their experiencing isn’t happening for me.
