How do I delete or rename files under assets?

I was following Mary’s Coding Pad tutorial on uploading templates when I hit a road block because I uploaded my css, images and html in folders that were incorrectly titled.

I was in the box with resources, elements, files.

I clicked on the assets folder added three new folders and some extra ones I don’t need.

How do I delete or rename folders/files ?

I am a total noob.

If you right-click on the folder or file name while in the Files tab you have a pop up menu, and you have options to Rename or Remove files

Or you can do it using FTP as well
