Hi, I experimented with modx Evo in a subdirectory domain.com/modx and would like to move it up to the root level. I believe this is best achieved by redirecting using htaccess but the WebHost doesn’t allow htaccess. So I’m thinking about moving the manager and assets folders up. My question is do I need to worry about the database, or will just work as if nothing happened?

You’ll need to run an upgrade install after moving it.
