Adding a line of code to a page in the

I want to add a line of customizable code into the head of each page. But making a TV doesn’t work because it adds <p> tags to the code.

How do I do this?

Using a TV tag doesn’t put in any <p> tags (unless they’re contained in the TV itself). I suspect that TinyMCE is being "helpful" by adding them when you save. Try turning of the RTE, removing the tags, and saving the document.
