Thought I would throw this out there in case I am overlooking something obvious.
Modx 1.0.4 is installed in the site root, the clients document manager is located in /docmanager/ folder. Modx isn’t being used to drive the Omnistar application. A separate template is used in there.
I set up the .htaccess for friendly urls and the contents are:

Action php-cgi /cgi-bin/dispatch.fcgi
Action php5-cgi /cgi-bin/dispatch.fcgi

The site functions fine, however I am getting intermittent error pages when going to the Omnistar app. It produces the default error page set up in modx, however if you immediately hit refresh the page displays as expected.
Anyone have any insight into this?
