Package manager nowhere to be found. Spent hours looking

Hello All,
I am indeed a newbie and I hate myself for not being able to figure such a simple issue out, but how do I get to the package manager? I have version 1.0.4, and every piece of documentation is telling me to go to the "System" tab, but there isn’t a system tab. Here’s a screenshot of my home page

Package Manager is available for MODx Revolution, or MODx 2.0.

You are using MODx Evolution, or MODx 1.0.
