Did you put [tt]cms/modx[/tt] as the site root in the plugin configuration when you copied the .htaccess?

Sorry for the cross post, I realised after posting here that there was a group/folder specifically for plugins and so posted there.
Yes,I’ve set the YAMS subdirectory to cms/modx.
I’m now thinking it’s the htaccess file that is not being read by apache.. Do you know how I can ensure that apache is picking it up? I’ve altered the httpd.conf and set allowoveride to all?
