Display RSS Feed?

This has been frustrating me for too long, I have read through lots of posts but nothing seems to help.

I have a XML weather feed that I wish to display on a site, I have also been supplied with icons to use. I am using MODx 1.0.2 and would like advice on which snippet is best and easiest to use for this purpose.

below is the url of the feed.

I would very much appreciate any help. I have not implemented a feed before but have been using MODx for a small while.

Help on templating will be useful also.

pieX (simple pie) has been the easiest for me. I tried a couple of others, but they were a little to technical. I’m somewhat new to modx and pieX was easy for me to figure out.
