Warning on editable pages

I’ve been using MODx for a couple of years...and it has always been flawless. But the last two installs (both using Evo 1.0.3), give me the follow warning (usually repeating several times) at the bottom of all the edit interfaces:

Warning: htmlentities() expects at most 3 parameters, 4 given in /homepages/24/d265997699/htdocs/assets/plugins/managermanager/functions/utilities.inc.php on line 80

This shows up at the bottom of the "Edit Resource" window, and even on the editable screens of Plugins (i.e., Configuration).

Can anyone tell me why it’s throwing this warning?

What version of PHP do you have? The documentation for htmlentities includes:

5.2.3 The double_encode parameter was added

for the fourth parameter.

I had some problems with the ManagerManager snippet version included in 1.0.3 on a server running PHP 5.2.1 - I downgraded the included files and functions to what came with Evo 1.0.2 and things got better.

I believe you can also edit line 80 of the file /assets/plugins/managermanager/functions/utilities.inc.php and just remove the fourth argument in the htmlentities() call. Back up the file first.
