Almost any of these will work fine... I frequently choose one I like and with minimal adaptations have it ready to use (I have over 40 templates on my computer; I just need to get them organized and cleaned up a bit and put them up on my site!)

Or go to my site and work through the How Templates Work page

I’ve used RapidWeaver a bit, and I really don’t like most of the themes I have looked at. They’re way too bloated and kill website performance (if that’s a consideration at all). I’d suggest that the OP completely ditch the RW generated pages and go with a fresh and minimalistic set of pages/CSS from elsewhere. If the OP were conversant with HTML/CSS, then cleaning up the RW code would be a possibility (although not a simple thing to do).
The only thing I can suggest the OP use RW for is to create different looks fast and use them as a basis for comparing with the templates that would be used with MODx in terms of looks and functionality.
That is a fantastic idea I am willing to look at. I don’t mind starting with a new minimilized template to work with because I think that if you look at my site, it is fairly easy to re-establish the pages I have. All they are basically (at least three of them are), are links to the files that reside on my hosting server using either anchor tags or list tags.
Sounds like a good idea? I just need help trying to figure out the best way to organize my audio files on my site without resorting to Flash. I want to keep my site as lean and simple as possible so that page loading is quick and the site is easy to maintain. I will be the only person maintaing this site as it is my personal web site.
