How do I insert a form?

I’m fairly new to MODx! I want to add a simple ’Sign up for Newsletter’ form onto my website (www.action21.co.uk) and have so far failed to do this. Can someone give me some easy tips/instructions on how to do this?

Using MODx Evolution, you’ll find the eForm snippet in the standard package. There’s good documentation in the snippet’s own /docs folder, and a sub-forum here at http://modxcms.com/forums/index.php/board,200.0.html

Yup. Just a little less evolved than the current version (1.0.2). The Evolution moniker has been applied since MODx version 1.0.0 and the appearance of the betas of MODx Revolution (v2).

Your version of eForm may be slightly behind, but I don’t think it would make any difference to a basic form. Latest eForm can be downloaded from Extras . Better still, upgrade to Evo 1.0.2 and have a more comfortable time updating your site as well as updating eForm!
