Child Pages Automatically Published and Uncacheable?

[Solved]How do i make the child pages for my page [~4~] Uncacheable and Published by default?

is this possible?

Tools | Configuration | Site tab

Published default
Cacheable default

These will affect all new documents. If you want those settings to be inherited from the parent, you’d need a plugin to set them.
