Hi, Sorry if I sound stupid, but I just got into the whole MODx thing. So, I’m quite the noob. In any case, some pages in my website are currently in columns, and I was wondering if I can add multiple [*content*] tags so that someone who has very limited programming knowledge can use the TinyMCE editor to update the content for each of those columns when they want. Any thoughts?

That’s what TVs (Template Variables) are for; they are custom fields (and much more!) for just such situations. Your HTML would look like this
[*content*]
[*secondColumn*]
[*thirdColumn*]

Oh oh oh! Thanks a ton. I’ve tried doing some research on TVs, but couldn’t find the difference between them and chunks for the most part.

The main difference between TVs and chunks is that chunks are static; they don’t change from document to document as they are used. TVs, on the other hand, can be edited for each document. So you can have a TV with default content, then change that for documents that you want something else for. TVs also can contain PHP code (@EVAL), and can be anything from a rich-text editing field to an image selection pop-up to a drop-down menu or radio buttons or check boxes with options to choose from, and the final display of the TV’s contents can be formatted using output widgets. Very powerful!

All right! Well, thanks a ton. You have NO idea how much that helped
Well, we have *some* idea.
We’ve all been there.
