Just wondering, in what MODx folders are the files of new page documents stored?
Also in what MODx folders are the files of the html we create for the templates we create,
where in modx are they stored ?

They are not physical files but entries in the database.
Pages are in the modx_site_content table.
Templates are in the modx_site_templates table.
(Assuming a standard Evolution install)
