When I log into Modx to edit a page the resource content comes up solely in HTML format. In other words, the Resource Content box does not come up with text editor. When I click the “Editor in Use” box, every once in a while it will flip over to the editor, but not consistently.
The ModX issue is not consistent. If I click and click between the tinyMCE Editor and None, sometimes it will land on the editing mode. And, even on my XP computers this issue shows itself on occassion, though less frequently than on the Windows 7 models.

Your OS should not be the problem.
What browser are you using?
