Can someone give me a run down of how to get TinyMCE to NOT put in paragraph tags or anything else by default? Can’t I assign the editor to use my text css file?

thanks for the quick response. I changed the setting in both js files as mentioned in your link but it’s still wrapping things. I cleared my cache, even deleted the page and started a new one. At first it’s fine until I hit enter.
I think the biggest problem is that it adds all these style attributes to whatever is entered. There has to be a way to override that??? If I use a custom stylesheet and assign a class to a block of text it just continues to add attributes.
UPDATE: So it turns out I was copying formatted text which TinyMCE was retaining. Now it won’t wrap lines in a p tag unless I add a hard break. So I think this is correct? Seems to be trickey when cutting and pasting though. If I add my own classes it appears to retain the class and not add additional style attributes.
