When I login to ModX manager , it goes to quick edit instead of manager interfac

When I login to ModX manager , it logs me into the first page of my website
but with "quick edit" buttom in top left corner instead of going directly into Lime green ModX manager interface.

Is there a way to set the Lime green manager interface as default instead of the first page of my site
with Quick edit button on it

It sounds as if your manager user account is configured to go to a certain page on login. This is set in the Manager Login Startup field in the User tab of the user editing page (Manager -> Security -> Manager Users, then select the user to edit).

Go to Security | Manager Users | Admin | User Tab | Manager Login Startup

It should be blank if you want to go to the Manager instead of a document.

Thank you for all your help. I just got saddled with a new
project... 100 page website... and have decided to use a cms & move it into Modx.
So I just downloaded latest Modx & set it up to my server.

Problem now is finding documentation for help on process
of using html import tool to import the 80 pages of that website
we currently have but into this MODx cms instead.
