Where do the export static site files go?

I’ve run the export static html in Tools and it says it was a success.

What it doesn’t tell me is where the files are.

I’ve looked via my ftp client and I still can’t see anything.

Can anyone tell me where they are?

I’ve found them. In the export file (where else?) under assets.

still trying to figure it out though.

None of the folders or files get created as html files. (I did specify the suffix as html)

They just seem to be extension-less folders and files.

Did I miss something?

What are the URLs of your pages BEFORE you export them? Is it
www.yoursite.com/some/page
Or
www.yoursite.com/some/page.html

?

www.yoursite.com/some/page

There’s your answer If your URLs don’t use .html as a suffix, then your exported files won’t either.
