Bar on the Top of Site When Logged in Loses Styling

on my website I have pages Home, Projects, About, Contact and the bar at the top which says "Create Resource" is fine when im at site.com/ or site.com/page but when i go into a detailed project page which is site.com/projects/page it shows http://site.com/projects/assets/plugins/qm/res/style.css on the NET tab of firebug instead of http://site.com/assets/plugins/qm/res/style.css which is what it is on the other pages.. does any1 know why this happens and how i can fix it?

Hmmm.... it sounds like maybe you’re missing some closing HTML tags somewhere. 2 things I would try:

1. Try to validate the web page using w3c’s validator -- are you missing any critical tags?
2. try turning off the "QuickEdit" plugin and see if the behavior changes.

I’m guessing that you are referring to the QuickEdit floating widget. You can disable plugins in the manager (don’t delete it, just de-activate it temporarily to see if the behavior changes).

I didnt see a "QuickEdit" plugin but I do have a "QM" which seems to be the bar the top.

I would think the bold part needs to be edited but im unsure what to set it to

Well, you can have a look in your folder structure to figure out if the file referenced actually exists... but... that may not be the problem...

What version of MODx are you running?
