i dont think i have the newspublisher snippet [RESOLVED]

ok .. .first time psoter short term user ..

let me start by saying thank you modx, after much research i have decided that this is the management system for me ...

i have been having problems and decided to buy the modx book that has been very very helpful and got me going ... now i am trying to create a blog system and i notice in the code i should be using
[NewsPublisher? &folder=`PID~ &makefolder=`1`!]
the problem is i can not get it to work and form my understanding the NewsPublisher bit is a snippet .... i can not seem to find it in the snippet list ... would this be my problem and if so what is the code for the snippet .... the picture of my snippet list can be found here http://www.tinyinc.com.au/news.png
