This solution isn't working for me, and the problem I'm having is exactly the same... fatcow is saying that it is a vendor issue not a problem on their end. Any ideas?

FatCow does not play well with Revo. I've moved all of the sites I'm responsible for from FatCow to either SkyToaster or A2. They are both cheaper (after FatCow's initial first-year pricing), with much better support for Revo.
