I was asked to create a website for a company with a couple features im not too familiar with so I thought I would ask here to make sure I could do it before i go with this CMS again.
Features:
1. Directory type website where web users can add a company (
http://37signals.com/ for example) and add the name of the products they offer.
2. If the product is not released a way to alert user (Email/RSS?) of a products release.
3. Company/Product related news + Comments
4. Sitewide Company/Product search
I’ve only developed 1 site with Modx so far so im not too familiar with it yet.. but I was wondering if this was possible?
