Quick Edit window takes up half the page

I’m sure this has probably been answered before, but unfortunatly I can’t find it on the forums. I’ve got a problem where the quick edit menu loads and takes up half the page, and I’ve got no idea how to get it back down to how it should be. Does it require any CSS files to load correctly that may have been removed? Or could it be something with the template conflicting with it?

I’m running out of ideas, though I’m sure it’s something simple I’ve just over looked Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Looks like a CSS conflict. The best solution for Quickedit is to check the disabled button.

lol, I might do that if all else fails

Do I have to add anything special into my template to get it to work with Quick Edit? I haven’t added any CSS or javascript calls into the template outside of what was in the template I was given. I assume anything needed is automatically added in?

Some templates might just conflict due to how they’re built. Without a direct link to the site in question it’s very hard to say.

A tables-based template I always convert those. If you must use it, try giving your tables more specific IDs and/or classnames, and using them in the CSS file to more tightly control the style of each element.
