How to enable login for web users?

Hey all

I’m just curious, where can i enable login for web users, i’ve already searched within control panel and through the forums but no luck, haven’t found anything yet. What should i do, so the web user will see the login form?

P.S. --> Should i edit tpl files for the deafult minimal template?

Wherever you put a snippet call to the WebLogin (or WebLoginPE) snippet, the login form will appear:
