What browser and operating system are you checking?
You can try wmode=transparent instead of opaque but I’m not sure it makes a difference.
nav tucks under banner in ie7 /ff on xp.. it seems fine on FF OSX. tried transparent and opaque no effect
i hard coded the command at the end of the swfobject snippet. think it works
