I developed the modx-site in question in a subfolder serverside. When it was ready to launch I moved all the files to the root of my domain, following the modxwiki-guide on the subject. Everything works as it should except one vital thing; my document-tree doesnt load. When I refresh the manager a message saying "Loading documenttree, please wait" appears, but goes away after a while. The documenttree itself does however never load. My resource-paths is set correctly, the read/write-permissions is set correctly to all files. I am able to update content via the "Recent documents"-tab with no problem, but obviously only the most recent documents are accessible from here.
I have tried to install/upgrade without rewriting content several times with no luck. I did on one occation during the development test the Madboxr, and read about someone experiencing the same problem as me after updating mootools here:
http://modxcms.com/forums/index.php/topic,21554.msg161776.html#msg161776. So I replaced the updated motools-file with the original from the installpackage, still no go.
Another thing that might be worth mentioning is that the File Manager does not list any files, but displays a message about access being denied in root "/", but the filebrowser used for inserting images etc. works like a charm. Dont know if this is connected in any way.
The website is ready to be handed over to the client and this is a very, very unfortunate problem, so any help at all is very appreciate!
