I have an annoyance that puzzles me.
I have a document with groups of paragraphs, lists and images. The layout is done with CSS and I am using floats to position the images correctly. Below each group I am using a "cearfloats" class CSS. This ensures the propper positioning of the image in each group. It all works fine on the browser page.
But as soon as I edit the page all the "cearfloats" class statements on the page go missing in the code. I have to add them back each time. Once the document is saved the browser page is fine. The browser page layout will explode if I don’t add the statements back when editing the document though.
Any ideas on why this is happening?
I bet Tiny is cleaning them out. I think that you can turn this off in the Plug-in settings panel for Tiny and set the "cleanup" parameter to disabled.

Yup, that did the trick. In which circumstances would having "cleanup" set to activated be useful?

Interesting...
Its just that with some pages having actual code disappear while editing is frustrating. When I click on the edit button I can see the code results as the TinyMCE editor loads. When I then click on the "Editor to Use" option and choose "None" some of the code gets yanked. I then add the missing items back and save the page after editing other stuff. All is well with the page in the browser, but if I edit the page with the "None" option some of the wanted elements go missing again...
