mate tags are not beeing inserted

Hi everybody,

unfortunately my MODx installation (0.9.6.3-RC2) won’t insert meta tags into the template automatically.

Of course I already took a look at the wiki page dealing with meta tags.
It states, that tags are being inserted into the template automatically. But in fact it does not work for me. It just does not show
any meta (aside from the ones that I hard coded to the template directly).

I know there are some workarounds with TVs but I just want the promised feature to work. Any Ideas?

Are you entering the full meta tag with <> symbols? It should be just the keywords themselves, nothing more.

Not at all. I did not create a meta for keywords. I created a bunsh of keywords (without any HTML, just plain text) an selected them on the apropiate documents.

I tried to create a meta tag for description. But neither general meta tags nor keayword are being inserted right now.

I’m afraid that was my only idea. Sorry it didn’t help.
