breadcrumb separator doesn't want to change

hello,
i’m not sure what i’ve missed, i want to change my breadcrumb separator from the default to a ’|’ . have found it in the wiki so my snippet call is [[Breadcrumbs? &crumbSeparator=` | `]]
i’ve tried it cached and uncached only it always shows the default »

If you are using latest version which is 1.0.1 i guess, you will need to modify the template inside the snippet AFAIK.

Look for "Templates" section with detailed comment about it, in the snippet code.

thanks zi!! that did it. do you think i was looking at an old way of doing it? i was looking at http://wiki.modxcms.com/index.php/Breadcrumbs. so i wasn’t editing the snippet at all before, i was putting the separator call in my templates.
