Content to go live every Sunday at midnight?

My client has only ONE page with user-editable content.  It consists of 2 TV’s - an item photo, and an item description. Both are Rich Text entry TV’s.  It appears on the index page.  She sells just one item at a time.

Is there any way I could set it up so that new content (replacing the old content) would go live automatically at midnight each Sunday?  (so that way she could work ahead and it would be self-timed?)

You could duplicate the page with the new value for the TV’s and set the unpublish date of the old one to no longer display, and at the same time the new one to display.

The only other solution that comes to mind would be to use a cronJob to call a function that access’s the database and replaces the TV values at a certain time. If idea 1 works for you....it would surely be the lesser of the two evils, and you can keep everything in MODx.
