New User Login fails

    using 0.9.6.1p2.

    Added new user, but cannot login as that user, credentials fail. Double checked, no fat fingering.

    Assume this is a bug? Not very useful if I can’t add users.

    Am I doing something wrong?

      Is this a Manager User or Web User?
      They are not interchangeable as standard, so a Manager User logs into the Manager (back end) and a Web User logs in via the main site (front end) through a web login form.
