My client is trying to add an image to the content section of the page but there seems to be no facility to do so. I seem to recall this being easy however, maybe since I ugraded, this capability has disappeared. When the content section in a page is set to TinyMCE there is only limited functionality to enter and edit content. So how can my client add his own pictures? Is there a version of the editor that allows them to do this? Do i need to change some configuration settings? Thanks!
In an older version of ModX there was an "Add Image" buttton. But now, nothing. Sure, I can load an image through HTML but i want this to be easy for my client to do. Surely they can do this somehow, somewhere?

OK, I solved my own problem. There is a setting in the Tools Configuration for TinyMCE settings. I had the theme set to Simple and I instead changed it to Advanced.

The add image button still exists, it sounds like you might have chosen another button selection.
Go into tools > configuration > features & interface - check the mce Settings > theme. What’s the setting? If it’s simple try advanced or custom.
