search engine menu, how?

I would like to know how I can make my website have a structured menu look in google for example, just as if you search for MODx.

I like how the results show the different categories of the MODx site and was wondering how you actually do this? I’ve searched the forums and I can’t find exactly what i’m looking for.

Could someone point me in the right direction for this as i’m sure lots of members would like to learn how to do this.

AFAIK that’s on google’s end. They categories the site based on page rank I think; since the docs are popular on modxcms it gets its own link, the forum the same etc....

Isn’t there a way for small sites to do that? I have one site with over 1250 members and it gets used fairly often and it’s all setup with sitemap, google analytics etc and I still don’t get it! LOL

I would of thought it would of been how things are setup using sitemaps etc? What do i know, that’s why i’m asking ha.

Can you provide an example query show the categorized results? I’m at a loss on this one!

Search for "crickweb" on google.co.uk and you’ll see we get the sub section of our most popular pages.
Getting 20,000 visitors per day and 1,000 plus links in probably did it for us.

Yeah that’s the idea I meant! Sorry I should of included an image to show what I meant. Well I could only wish for 20,000 visits a day cause it would probably help me with my google ads so I can afford to pay for the site on my own lol.

I guess i’ll need to give up on that idea then.
