failed to update setting value

when I try to rename the site in the system config, page, I change the name and hit the "save" button, I see "action was completed successfully", then I get "failed to update setting value" - any ideas? I assume it’s a permissions thing, but I passed everything at the install stage...?

do you use the Safari Browser?
-> this is (afaik) a current problem

I get the same errors in Safari (at least it saves the values though) - the error does not occur in Firefox.
