Sorting doesn't work

Hallo guys,

I have a problem with the sorting. After installing modx 0.9.6.1 on my server the sorting doesn’t work anymore. The sorting in the tree view and also the wayfinder sorting on the page. The entry in the database is correct, like the modx output on the general-page.

I use a puretecserver (http://www.1und1.de) with mysql 5.0 and php 5. I did’t get any errors from modx. The site works perfectly well on my local machine.

Could be issues with your new database and its collation character set.

Sounds like a good idea. I’ll try. First I just switched to mysql 4. That works, too.

Our hoster has updated php and mysql :
php : 5.2.5 - MySQL : 5.0.51

It’s a bug in mySQL version 5.0.51.

MySQL version 5.0.52 has the fix (supposedly).
