Hi, in the standard installation there is a ’create new blog’ page, which uses the TV: blogContent which embeds the TinyMCE editor.
How can I alter the TinyMCE setup to access the advanced format, as in the new document pages in the manager?
Also, how would you normally set up say a blog, an article and perhaps a news section on the same site? Just make a directory for each?

Goto Tools -> Configuration, goto "Interface & Features" scroll down and there you will find the options to change the format of toolbars.

Yes, but that only applies to the editor in the manager, not the one used in the plugins on the front end.
Then look into the TinyMCE Plugin Configuration tab, you will find something like "web theme"... i cant recall exact word right now though.

One question regarding the TV blogContent. The widget for "blogContent" is of type RichRext. Could it be changed to be another editor? What I need is to be able to add blog content (text and images) in the chunk "FormBlog" [*#blogContent*] without using the TinyMCE editor. As you know the user needs to be connected to the back-end to access the QuickEdit functionnality but I’d like to add contents directly from the FormBlog form... Am I missing something obvious?
