Is it possible to do the following?

Basically I would like a select number of members to have a page of their own that they can only edit but everyone within this group can view it. I run a gaming website for a group of people from over the world and I would like to have an area where only these guys can see... i would like it to have individuals profile that they created showing on this page. Each page would be a set template and they would only fill in the areas and submit it. I already have a users page using webloginpe but I would like this to be a different area that that.

Anything on this at all????
